With these thoughts in mind, you may add your gene to the CRIMIC design suggestion list at Harvard! Please note, we are not performing CRIMIC integration on genes for which gold MiMIC insertions are available, since this can be done by your lab. We have stopped performing MiMIC RMCE conversions now and switched to CRIMIC integrations. |
